Sara Epperly
Associate Financial PlannerSara earned a BA in Politics and in Asian Studies from the University of Virginia (2005). She also holds Masters degrees from UVA in the field of education, and a PhD in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University (2020). She is a fluent speaker of Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Sara served as a public school teacher and leader for 15 years. She is proud of and grateful for that time of service. Sara continues to serve through organizations such as Roanoke Sister Cities, Roanoke Refugee Partnership, and Masterpiece Alliance.
Today Sara is eagerly learning and practicing in the field of financial planning. She and her husband Dave are parents to three young daughters. Their time outside of work is spent helping their children to grow and discover the world.
