Jeff Chapman

Associate Financial Planner

Jeff joined the Partners in Financial Planning family in June 2026. Prior to pursuing his passion for financial planning, Jeff spent his career in business development, helping to grow small businesses and startups across Southwest Virginia. During this time, he focused on building strategic partnerships and developing tailored solutions to meet his clients’ long-term goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Drawing on his business experience, Jeff thrives on building authentic, trusted relationships and helping clients find confidence and clarity in their financial lives.

A native of the Roanoke area, Jeff is married to Elizabeth, a high school English teacher. Together, they spend much of their time cheering on their teenage son at travel soccer tournaments, supporting their daughter at dance competitions, and trying to keep up with their energic golden-doodle, Willow.

When he’s not in the office, Jeff enjoys backpacking, biking, hiking, and simply being outside. You can frequently find him playing a competitive game of pickleball or traveling and exploring new places with his family.
